Join us for a fantastic weekend getaway in the stunning Amamoor State Forest, located in the heart of the Gympie region. Whether you're a seasoned 4WDer or new to off-roading, this weekend offers an opportunity to explore diverse tracks, camp under the stars, and enjoy the company of fellow club members.

We’ll spend Saturday exploring some of the best tracks in the area, learning valuable 4WD techniques, and experiencing the breathtaking scenery of the forest. The overnight camp location will be confirmed in the coming week, so stay tuned for further details!

Trip Rating:
EASY
This weekend is suitable for most 4WDs with high/low range capabilities. There will be some challenging sections, but we’ll take it at a steady pace to ensure everyone enjoys the experience.

Itinerary:

• Friday, 20th June: Arrival & setup camp

• Saturday, 21st June: Full-day 4WD adventure, including lunch on the trail

• Sunday, 22nd June: Morning drive and head home after lunch

Meeting Point & Time:

• Location: Amamoor State Forest (exact meeting location and camp site to be confirmed)

• Time: Meet at 9:00am for a welcome briefing and trip overview

• Camp Setup: Once we’ve explored the area, we’ll head back to set up camp for the night.

Costs:

• Camping Fees: TBC (will be confirmed once camp location is finalised)

• Fuel & Food: BYO (bring your own food and supplies for the weekend)
