End of Year / Christmas Celebrations

It’s time to wrap up an incredible year together with our End of Year / Christmas Celebrations! Join us for a relaxed and festive weekend at Neurum Creek Bush Retreat, surrounded by friends, family, and plenty of holiday cheer.

This event is all about celebrating our club community, sharing stories from the year gone by, and enjoying a fun and memorable weekend together.

What’s On

• Friday, 5th December
  Arrive anytime during the afternoon/evening to set up camp and settle in. Enjoy a casual night around the campfire.

• Saturday, 6th December

  • Morning: Relax at camp or explore the local tracks with fellow members (optional).

  • Afternoon: Christmas festivities, including fun games for the kids and adults.

  • Evening: Club Christmas Dinner & Celebration – bring your Christmas spirit, as we’ll share a meal, laughs, and maybe even a surprise visit from Santa for the kids.

• Sunday, 7th December

  • Easy pack-up morning.

  • Farewell and head home after lunch, refreshed and ready for the holidays.

• Food & Drinks: BYO for the weekend. For the Christmas Dinner, we’ll share details closer to the date on what to bring so we can create a great spread together.
