VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Deadlift for Harry 2026

Help us make this year's event the biggest and best yet!

The GWM Tank 4WD Club of QLD Inc. is proud to be running the BBQ, Merchandise Stand, and Charity Raffle at The Harrison Payne Initiative's Annual Deadlift for Harry on Saturday, 16th May 2026 at Burpengary World Gym.

We're looking for enthusiastic club members to volunteer and help make this community event a success. Every dollar raised goes directly to The Harrison Payne Initiative, and your time will make a real difference.

Volunteer Positions Available:

BBQ Team (4-6 volunteers)

• Serve sausage sizzle, burgers, and refreshments throughout the day
• Shifts: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (can be rotated)

Merchandise Stand (2-3 volunteers)

• Manage HPI merchandise sales and club promotional materials
• Shifts: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Charity Raffle (2-3 volunteers)

• Sell raffle tickets and manage prize display
• Conduct prize draw and coordinate winners
• Shifts: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Setup & Pack Down Crew (4-6 volunteers)

• Setup: 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM
• Pack down: 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, 16th May 2026
• Location: Burpengary World Gym, Unit 157/161 Station Road, Burpengary QLD 4505
• Volunteer Check-in: 7:45 AM (setup crew), 8:15 AM (all other positions)
