Founded in 2021, Savage Tech Australia set out to revolutionise the 4x4 industry for Chinese vehicles in Australia. After purchasing one of Queensland’s first GWM Cannon utes in 2020, we noticed a lack of industry commitment, with major companies neglecting these vehicles and their owners.
As passionate car enthusiasts, we recognised China’s rapid automotive advancements and saw the potential for high-quality, affordable 4x4s. Partners Byron and Rico, whom met at a Brisbane car wash, they launched Savage Tech Australia to design, manufacture, and source top-tier parts and accessories.
From the humble beginnings in Byron's mum’s garage in Coorparoo, the business quickly expanded—moving from a shared shed to a 380m² warehouse in Springwood, then an 800m² facility in Loganholme, and now a 1,500m² warehouse.
Dedicated to Chinese 4x4 enthusiasts, we offer premium suspension kits, snorkels, roof platforms, and bullbars. More than a business, Savage Tech Australia is a movement to empower and grow the Chinese 4x4 community in Australia.
